Femili PNG is delighted to have received a vehicle and other valuable assets from the Australian Government on Thursday 27 June in Lae.

The Australian Government’s ANGAU Hospital Redevelopment Project came to an end on 30 June 2024. The Australian Government identified Femili PNG as the recipient of a motor vehicle that will no longer be in use.

Representing Australian High Commission and the Australian Government, the Australian Consulate-General in Lae Mr. Mark Foxe presented IT equipment and the motor vehicle to Femili PNG CEO, Ms Daisy Plana.

During the presentation, Mr. Mark said Femili PNG is really a worthy recipient of a gifted motor vehicle and technology packages.

“Looking at the work Femili PNG does to help survivors of family and sexual violence and the trauma survivors experience, this vehicle will aid logistic support to help these survivors,” says Mark.

Ms Daisy Plana thanked the Australian Government for the valuable gift to support Femili PNG’s life-changing work.
