Our End of Project Report to Oxfam – 2014-2017 summarises our achievements, challenges and lessons learnt over that period.
The report summarises how our developing approach to case management became a best practice model for PNG. More importantly, it examines the lessons we learnt during our pilot phase, and the strategies we used to address challenges that emerged.
Key achievements during the period include:
- Provision of case management services to over 1200 clients
- A client satisfaction rating of over 95%
- Significantly strengthened referral pathways and coordination amongst Morobe-based service providers
